Objective. The aim of the study is to develop a precision thermoelectric semiconductor sensor. Method. In course study, balanced method was applied, based on fact that instead temperature difference, thermal module will measure coincidence temperatures. Result. use sensor practically reduces error when measuring environment or object under study. with Peltier effect can operate in an economical mode, without wasting energy for temperature. Conclusion. operates adaptive measurement allowing you adjust functional required accuracy depending as well stabilize melt boiling boundary container contact digital device.
